1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return & Exchange Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Our team will guide you through the return or exchange steps and assist in arranging a reverse pickup if applicable.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed with the original invoice.
- Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit, as applicable.
- The returns will be completed within 3 to 4 days, and damaged or defective items will be processed within 4 to 5 days.
The exchanged product would be delievred to the customer within 2 to 3 days .
3. Return Charges
- A flat fee of ₹150 will be charged for reverse pickup and return handling.
- For bulky items (e.g., jackets, coats), charges may range from ₹250 to ₹350, depending on shipping weight and location.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality check approval.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days.
- If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or suggest alternate options.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Products that are used, washed, or damaged.
- Items missing original tags and packaging.
- Return or exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
- Sale items (eligible only for exchange, not refund).
6. International Orders
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
- We advise checking product details and sizing carefully before placing an order.
